New Anti-Bullying Film Project by Videographer of “The Alphabet of Life”, Dr. Silvia Dubovoy
Pepe Alvarez, who helped Dr Dubovoy create the Alphabet of Life video below, is working on a new film with an anti-bullying theme: “Breath, Jans, Breath.” He and his co-director have an Indiegogo campaign, which you can visit at the link.
“Breathe Jans, Breathe” is a film that focuses on the subject of bullying … a 6-year-old overweight little girl with aspirations of being a professional dancer is ridiculed and demoralized by adults and kids alike. Fast forward 20 years, and her strong desire to be someone pushes her to seek retaliation, taking the viewer to a powerful, uplifting ending.
The Alphabet of Life: “What do you need for life—what do you need to be able to adapt to this world?”
“Montessori was concerned about how to make children happy. She gave the children a place to live. A place where they could live and they could act and they could really feel safe. Where they could acquire certain conditions for character development, which are: self-confidence, self-value, and a wonderful personality.”
